We’ll capture the smiles you know, the expressions you never want to forget, and all those little pieces of who they are right now.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR FOR SCHOOL DAYS?
Choose something timeless that feels like your child. Classic dresses, button-downs, rompers, knee socks, Mary Janes and softly colored or neutral clothing photograph beautifully with the School Days setting. Avoid large logos, neon colors and busy graphics. Most importantly, choose something they can comfortably move and play in.
How many final images can we expect to receive?
Your School Days collection includes 15 beautifully edited digital portraits delivered in a private online gallery with a personal print release.
CAN SIBLINGS BE PHOTOGRAPHED TOGETHER?
Absolutely. School Days sessions welcome individual children and siblings. We’ll photograph a mixture of individual portraits and sibling portraits during your 30-minute experience.
CAN I PURCHASE THE COMPLETE GALLERY?
Yes. If choosing only 15 feels impossible, you can upgrade to the Complete Gallery for $150 and receive every beautifully edited portrait in your final School Days gallery.
HOW DOES THE COMPLIMENTARY HEIRLOOM SESSION WORK?
Every School Days family receives a complimentary future Heirloom Portrait Session with Emme Portrait House. Your session fee is completely waived. Portraits and artwork from your Heirloom Session are purchased separately, allowing you to choose only what you love for your home.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD ON THE DAY OF OUR SESSION?
Because School Days takes place outdoors, I’ll keep a close eye on the weather leading up to your session. If rain or unsafe weather makes photographing impossible, your session will be rescheduled to the next available School Days date. I’ll contact you directly if we need to make a change, so there’s no need to worry about watching the forecast yourself. Cloudy skies and a little Southern humidity won’t stop us. We’ll only reschedule when the weather truly won’t cooperate.
